Other Info I was born Charles Anthony Taylor. My mothers name is Jacqueline Smith. My fathers name is Charles Anthony Taylor I was born at Portsmouth Naval hospital on July 18,1964. Then my parents move to Baltimore City the 900 of North Broadway. I was left alone in a home. A neighbor heard me crying for a couple of days. I was taken to St Francis church and agiven to the priest who asked the congregation if they knew of anyone who can take care of an abandoned child until they were able to try to locate the parents. This church is in East Baltimore and a lady in the congregationl happened to know that my mother loved children and would take in anyone who needed help. She gave the Priest my adopted mothers name and phone number and the rest is history. I could not walk when she got me and was afraid to crawl from one room to the next. the were able to locate my father but never my mother. Once he found who had me, he came and visited several times and even kept me on the weekend.he told my mother that he was in the process of getting and job and taking care of me.that was the last we ever heard or seen. I learned in later years that he use to hang-out near the Gay Street Market and his nickname was Skip or greed. the lady who knew of him and was a member of St. Francis, has since died. I am now 37 years old and know that there was also a little girl who would be my sister. I am desperate to find mother, father or sister. My father use to pick me up from 430 N. Gilmor Street, Baltimore City, Maryland. which is where I lived with Mildred Brown who then moved to Catonsville, MD where I grew up/ Mildred Brown adopted me as a singled parent since she had had me since I was seven months. My adopted mother, her husband who she was separated from but who came by all the time, my brother and sister from this family are all dead. If there is anyone who can help me please call Dotti Ross 202-226-4485. I have been in the state of abandoment for many many years. Many persons reading this who have been adopted under similar circumstances knows how traumatic this is.at holiday time everyone is around of the other family and there you are, wandering how it would be if you were in the midst of your biological parents and siblings.
