Mine was a private Adoption. I was to be given up at birth, but my mother took me home to her mothers.For three months she kept me.and then she relinquished me to Howard and Pauline Graham. My birth father was supposed to be in the Air Force, under the command of my adoptive father. He was also married and said to have a four year old daughter at that time. My history was always a secret in my family, and my numerous requests for knowledge were denied.My adoptive parents are dead, and I have children of my own. There is an edmpty viod of who we are and where we came from. |
