I recently found out that i have been adopted to my parents who recently died. I had to find this information out the hard way. All i know is that for 8-9 years my parents couldnt have children, and then on sep. 11 1981, they adopted me. Because of their death I could never find out who my birth mother was or where i was adopted. My parents were Daniel Regino Lucio and Mary Delgado Lucio.
