Am unsure about the birth date. It may be 1967-1969. Brother David is younger and born in 1970 or 1971 in Goldsboro, NC. Both were adopted by mother's second husband. They moved to Florida and lived there for several years, but that is where the trail ends. I was told that Bill served on the USS Nimitz during the Gulf War. |
