My name is Patricia June Padgett given birth name. My birthmother Louise Dixon now deceased. The only name on the birth certificate for the birthfather was Padgett Through resources Mr. Padgett served in WWII and was injured and hospitalized in the Ashford General Hospital war hospital in White Sulfur Springs W. Va. now know as the Greenbrier resort. Mr. Padgett possibly lived at 651 Maryland Ave. N.E. Wash, D.C. around 1949/50 with Ms. Dixon. Mr. Dixons stepparents name were Mr. and Mrs. Pete Sullivan who lived at 302 12th St., S.E. in approx 1951.
