I was adopted privately, before I was born, therefore my birth name is the same as my adoptive parents. My name was Cathy Ann Hughes. I was born 1/29/62 in Miami, FL. The adoption was put together by a mutual friend of my birth mom and my adoptive mom. The womans name was Kitty. I understand that my birth mom may have never told anyone that I exist, I understand. I would like to meet her, but if she feel uncomfortable, I would appreciate some sort of communication so that I have some questions answered so that I may have some sort of history to share with my three children as to where I came from. I know that my birth mom also gave birth to a boy about a year or so after my birth. I do not know if she kept her son or not.
