Other Information Adoptee's birthdate 7/8/1955 Adoptees name Ellen Sue Smith Born at Manhatten General Adopted immediately. Birth mother could not afford to raise me on her own and was abandoned by birth father. Two siblings also born prior to me also adopted out I think. Have been looking for her and siblings. It was a private adoption Attorney Rothstein no longer in practice. Adoption was finalized in Queens county courthouse in Nov.1957.
