IN NEED OF MEDICAL HISTORY BADLY!!! This is the story that I get from my adoptive parents, but I know there is something missing that they are not telling me.
My adoptive mother was unable to get pregnant and her family Doctor Billy Rentz (deceased) had another patient that was pregnant and didn't want her baby (which was me). The adoption was arranged through Dr. Billy Rentz, a Social Worker and Dr. Rentz's son-in-law served as the attorney, and of course my adoptive parents don't know the attorney’s name or can find anything that has his name on it.
The only papers that my adoptive mother gave me are a Certified Copy of my Birth Certificate, which shows my adoptive parents. The strange thing is they told me that I was born at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital in Miami, FL 12-22-71, but on the Birth Certificate is blank under Hospital. I also have a Final Judgement of Adoption, which was ordered and signed by Judge William A. Herin on 6-26-72. Why 6 months later??? My AM says that my BM split and no one could find her, but I just don't believe that. I was told that she was tall, blonde hair and thin, and my BF was Cuban. I am 5'2" w/ dark brown hair and eyes.
I don't want to cause my Birth Mother any problems, if she doesn't want to meet me. I just really NEED MY MEDICAL HISTORY; I am having serious health problems. If anyone can help me please email me.
