My birthmother was from Columbus, Georgia. Her caseworker, Ms. Rigsby, was from DFCS in Muscogee Co. Ms. Rigsby sent my mother to a maternity home in TN, until I was born. I was brought back to GA. I was placed in a foster home until I was adopted in March 1975. |
