Other Info	Spence-Chapin Adoption Service managed my horrific adoption. They are located in New York City. My natural mother was suffering from depression when she gave me up for adoption. She changed her mind at the last minute, but, the adoption service refused her change of heart. I have a feeling that my natural mother has been heart broken every since.
