Other Info	I am looking for my older brother who was also put into foster care when my twin brother and I were born. His birthdate sept.20,1970. His name was Douglas Patrick Whelan.He may have been adopted by a family from Nova Scotia at the age of 7.. Birth mothers name is Maureen Whelan and fathers is Basil Constantine. He may not know that we exist as he was only 10 months older than us. We were adopted together at the age of 5 by a family in Ontario. We would like to know that he is well and happy.
