Other Info Andrew was in foster care until 9/75 at which time he was placed with his adopted family. The adoption was not finalized until 1977 due to the fact that his adopted parents got divorced. Custody was awarded to his adopted mother. The adoption agency that I went thru was Holy Family Services in Santa Ana, CA. Andrew was born on Sunday, 4/27/75, weighed 8lbs 9oz, was 20 1/2 inches long with reddish brown hair.
