> Recent Changes:

11/6/2003. We launched the new and improved technology behind Registry.Adoption.com. We have corrected several database errors that were found in the last few months, including a bug that added duplicate birthmother names to people's profiles. We're very sorry about those errors.

Those who have registered recently or bookmarked certain pages may experience some problems, please contact us for any questions that you may have.

This site is a record-focused search page, meaning you search by using the birth and adoption records to find people. This will usually mean information about the adoptee and his/her birthdata and birthplace.

First, Register. Create a profile by which other people can find you.
> How do I search by the adoptee's birthdate?

Even if you are an adoptee, you can search for your birthfamily by using the adoptee's birthdate field. No matter which side of the adoption you are on, usually everyone knows the adoptee's birthday.
You can combine several search criteria with the adoptee's birthdate at theadvanced search page.
